Thank you.

Hey Joseph, I have a question regarding my family’s F3 visa petition. My grandfather, a U.S. citizen, filed a petition for my father, mother and both me and my younger brother were included in the application. The case just opened September 2024, but when we checked the portal, it only has my parents’ names listed-not mine or my brother’s. October Visa Bulletin Date - 1 July 2011 and we are from India. Our priority date is June 2011, and the petition was approved in July 2014. I’m confused about how the CSPA (Child Status Protection Act) applies to us. I was born in December 1997, and my brother in September 2000. Is there any way to get our names added back onto the case manually, or are we no longer eligible? it’s been stressful trying to figure this out, so any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you for your question. We would be happy to assist you! To guide you through the next steps, please reach out to us at media@tsangslaw.com. We look forward to assisting you!
Crazy case achievement
Is it possible to use filling date to calculate cspa age in consular processing?
Not yet, the memos only apply to USCIS
