In singapore, for MYR3.5million(or SGD1million), can only get a very small 1 or 2 bedroom private condo(450 to 600 sqft)with only 99 year lease in non-prime areas. Also limited amenities with only swimming pool. Some public housing like HDB 4room flats can cost over SGD1M. I can only envy people buying houses in Malaysia. If this condo were in singapore, it could easily cost 10x more or MYR33M(SGD10M). Same as landed property houses. Ordinary citizens or 80% of the population in singapore will never have the chance to own one in their lifetime. They're destined to live in public HDB flats for life. There is little or no future in tiny singapore. Malaysia with it's rich natural resources, rich cultural heritage and traditions and land area is the future. Blessed country.

恭喜，没想到大马也会有如此建全的公寓，非常惊讶！只是阳台围栏用玻璃制做可能会更飘亮一些，空中花园少了一层，再做一个空中泳池，是100%完美了，你们从美国到英国实际上都是对孩子教育最佳选择，希望到大马可以弥补这一遗憾！
我也是这么想,但发展商用铁围栏的原因,应该是安全考量！如果玻璃对小孩比较危险, maintaince也不容易,时间久了会有脱落的风险😅

住在Park Place可说是个有山有水的风水地点。我所说的山就是晨运登山好去处的 Sri Bintang Trail, 从peak 2 可以瞭望山脚下的DPC 可说心旷神怡。
