Greetings from Latvia! When i first heard, i couldn’t believe my ears. Such a true diamond among other songs. Different, powerful, magical, ethnic. It doesnt matter what nationality you belong to, it touches something deep inside each human being has got, as if brings you back to ancient times and let feel that atmosphere. And Ukrainian is such a beautiful language in songs. I keep listening to this song and especially sounds of sopilka nearly for 2 days constantly. Already checked GO-A other song and found some other truly brilliant ones. Why cant we Latvians create anything like that?:/ we mostly copy only boring Western style with some rear exceptions. Thanks GO-A for what u are doing! Hope we start to value and think more of our own origins! Dzakuju!

NAONI Orchestra at Eurovision 2017. It was the interval act, but then they were on top of the European charts. Let's see how they perform live. This is a real art that's all I can say. Maybe it's just because I'm Ukrainian and can understand the lyrics as well.

@@Vekey2 Well, the vikings went all the way to us, took our women up north again, moved back and forth due to trade, at some point raided Britain; It's just one example of how genes from here could travel to the UK and then from there more or less to any part of the world :) Jokes aside, I'm very glad that you like the song. I highly recommend you and your Ukrainian friend checking their other songs on their channel here. My personal favourites are Рано-раненько, Жальменiна, Сонце, Веснянка, they're trance-folk, folkrock, electrofolk, and they are fantastic. The feeling and the energy is like a nuclear bomb to me. Also I highly recommend our band Kazka starting from their hit Плакала, it broke all records in terms of popularity of Ukrainian language music. They have 2 albums, sing in pop folk style and are very good. Also try Onuka, that's also a very interesting artist with a great mixture of electronica and folk. The best thing about being slavic is that you can understand some of it(much more when i read,because of the different pronunciation and some words are similar so you need to guess them (ukrainian:solovej/serbian:slavuj..zabuti/zaboraviti).
Even the rhytm and song atmosphere reminds me of serbian etno music.

Мне кажется, Евровидение для того и создано, чтобы каждая страна имела возможность показать свою индивидуальность и культуру) Да, в этом году много хороших исполнителей, разная музыка и выбрать очень сложно. Кому-то нравится этнос, кому-то поп, а кому-то лирика. Но лично мне, по душе звуки бандуры и сопилки...Сразу представляются карпатские полонины, высокие дубы и шумные ручьи с кристально чистой водой) Возможно только у меня эти звуки вызывают такие чувства)
В любом случае, ребята, не растраивайтесь, ваше творчество прекрасно. Если музыка заставляет человека почувствовать что-то хорошее или просто улыбнуться, не это ли самое главное?)

Fo Sho made good music, but there is nothing from Ukrainian ethnicity and culture. Zero. They addicted to West music markets and even for me, Ukrainian, they music foreign and not interesting, indeed.

But there hasn't been many entries like Fo Sho in Eurovision so it would stand out from the rest and it would be interesting to see how it does with the juries.
