You might be in a daze when you are breastfeeding after your postpartum because you could be taking painkillers. You would need a hands-on husband, parents, siblings, or friends. Otherwise, you might fall apart.

The answer 🤔 😮
Since the moment of postpartum, mothers had to be provided with special care. This includes eating nourishing meals that will later aid them in the breastfeeding process. Furthermore, having someone who is always willing to be hands-on with their necessities is essential. Otherwise, mothers might find themselves in a daze and fall apart due to the burden that comes with giving birth.

When I became a mother, I was happy with breastfeeding my babies. I think it is the most nutritious way to feed the newborns.

I didn't know that a mother needs to eat more calories after the birth of her baby that the ones she needs to eat during her pregnancy. A childbirth and, in general, the pregnancy must be a very stressful and exhausting experience. I've decided not to have babies in my life but I look up to the women who face a childbirth
