Thank you! You can use the Configurable Reports plugin for Moodle (moodle.org/plugins/block_configurable_reports). You can create extra user profile fields(don't make it compulsory), then write SQL queries that will issue a report with these completed fields. The extra fields will sit in Moodle database, construct a query that includes these fields, you can then use the following query, please make sure the prefix matches yours in your database:
SELECT
u.id AS 'User ID',
u.firstname AS 'First Name',
u.lastname AS 'Last Name',
u.email AS 'Email',
mood.data AS 'Mood',
manners.data AS 'Manners'
FROM
mdl_user u
LEFT JOIN
mdl_user_info_data mood ON mood.userid = u.id
LEFT JOIN
mdl_user_info_field f_mood ON f_mood.id = mood.fieldid AND f_mood.shortname = 'Mood'
LEFT JOIN
mdl_user_info_data manners ON manners.userid = u.id
LEFT JOIN
mdl_user_info_field f_manners ON f_manners.id = manners.fieldid AND f_manners.shortname = 'Manners'
WHERE
u.deleted = 0;
This is one method. A second method would be to use the Custom Certificate Moodle plugin: moodle.org/plugins/mod_customcert. Add the fields to the certificate. I have a video on custom certificate: th-cam.com/video/NBC2pjyDR1o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FimDHhm3AJMp6oev
Please help advise about the Moodle hosting. I saw one of your video about A2 Hosting. If I have around 200 users and approximate 100 concurrent users, and I want to install some plugins like in your very video, which is the most affordable hosting for my need? I find that Moodle Cloud is more expensive. For just 50 users and 250 mb, it charges 120$ annually.
Hi, thank you for watching my videos. Yes, A2Hosting is a good choice. Managed VPS: If you need more control and scalability, a managed VPS plan would be suitable. It provides more dedicated resources and better performance.
If you need help setting it up, please let me know.
