I think I’ve always had social anxiety literally since I can remember before I got to school and now I’m about to be in 11th grade it’s so hard tho because I start sweating cuz of my anxiety and then I overthink talking to people I literally have no idea what to talk about.
Hey so you basically told me the reason on how your social anxiety started ! I can tell you why you experience it ,it is because when you where younger people use to make infront of you , and it put you in a vulnerable state , where that experience of that had a traumatic effect on you , maybe like depression or sadness .. sometimes our brain can recall an experience without our knowledge ! So when you are infront of people , your brain automatically captures that experience from when you where younger and it’s also the fight or flight response so your body feels like it needs to protect you from something that could hurt you ! This is why you have social anxiety because your afraid of judging and the very first time you experienced someone judging you , it made a huge impact on you and your brain will recall that experience every single time you get infront of certain people or talk ,
