Here I saw , some students are saying that h =20 how? h is the value of present value - past value so it will be 1981-1971=10 like that and it follows all f(x) values

pretty sure the value of h is represented bt the difference between consecutive value of the independent variable (x) , in simpler term this would mean the common difference between to consecutive value of x . for the question specifically the values of are 19 and 39(difference of 20) 39 and 59(again difference of 20) and 59 and 79 again difference of 20 in each the only difference that is not 20 is the 79and 90 which is 11
