The clean singer in this is Clint Norris. He left the band in 2006 and since 2007, current clean vocal and bassist is Josh Gilbert :). If you want to check out more AILD, their album "An Ocean Between Us" is perfection back and front ! It's also the first album with Josh Gilbert on vocals, the one you're reffering to !
"I Never Wanted" and "This Is Who We Are" have some of my favorite cleans from Josh. Man is that just a staple album for metalcore that brings back so many good memories :') Always cool seeing people like Hoopsick get put on older metal, and end up really enjoying it!
You gotta check out Nothing Left, Confined, and Darkest Nights. Drums and vocals are amazing on all 3. My personal favorites from this band. Plus if you dive into their history, this band has been through so much shit, but they came through the fire even stronger than before

I like that you mention the drums in an earlier portion because, as great as the band is as a whole, Jordan has always been one of, if not the main reason i love this band. Drums can make such a bigger difference than people realize in a song even though they dont push the melody. As I Lay Dying uses clean vocals in their newer stuff much more heavily than their old stuff so if you want more clean vocals i would check out some of their more recent stuff like The Sound of Truth and even stuff off their album they released last year. Their older stuff doesnt have as much, if any, cleans at all. You should also check out Bury The Rose by Johnny Booth!

That suggested video at the end is Wovenwar. That’s the band minus Tim while he was incarcerated. Pretty sure they are all the same members that reunited with Tim and are the AILD we enjoying again these days.

Tim has one of the best voices in metalcore, hands down. Just listen to Gatekeeper from the new album Shaped By Fire. That song is SO sick.
