Nice intro haha and welcome to the world of American railroading. Bachmann's On30 line is really nice! And thanks to you, I took the plunge into O16.5, so thanks for that
Thanks, I felt like it needed something a bit more out there than the original intro. The range is very nice, I do intend on getting one or two more coaches but I won't go much further with it. Haha! We all have bad influences in this hobby, glad I can be one of them! Thank you so much for watching.
I'm a huge fan of this locomotive, I've ridden behind one of the real-life engines it's based on. I think the part that was missing from yours is the air compressor, not sure how easy it would be to source a replacement, especially on your side of the Atlantic. I'm also unsure how easy it would be to replace the couplers for the European style, although I can say it's very easy to make a coupler conversion wagon, Bachmann's couplers are compatible with Kadee HO gauge couplers, and Kadee make a version of their couplers that fit in NEM pockets, so all you'd need to do is put a Kadee on one end of the wagon and an NG7 coupler on the other.
@@asteroidrules if the air compressor turns out to be a pain to replace, I'll just turn the loco around so I don't see it 😂 Okay, I will make a conversion wagon/coach then, it saves messing around with the loco itself.... Just got to figure out what wagon or coach to do it with! I'll experiment and find out what works best. Thank you so much for watching!

What a brilliant new addition, dude! I must say I am very much intrigued by US stock.... I wonder if..
You should definitely get a US loco for your layout, James! Although it's rather out of region, it's something different to run.
