if you want 4x strength whitch is the max on the invite friends feature just create accounts add your self and join your main account keep creating accounts and joining until 4x strength appears then just unfriend the accounts you made

Do u know why for some reason if I have 9 2k lbs with a 7k I gain 100m per 2 sec vs 2 7k =max equals 125 per 8 seconds. Does that mean auto is not the best way to gain muscle
Im not entirerly sure if auto train is the best but the one upside is that as you gain strength it auto updates the amount of weight your doing so in some ways its still better

I'll give you advice if you have a autoclicker just do 10 plates of the best one you can and when it's fast you can go to the next new 10 weight if you don't have autoclicker then just manually click or just use autotrain
