Madam, I think you may have been missing barbeque restaurant specially like that in South Korea. There are barbeque restaurant chain like Barbeque Nation, Absolute Barbeque and Sandoz Barbeque in Delhi that serve veg + non veg Indian,continental and western style barbaque in buffet along with home deliverable boxes. I think you should at least check out any of these boxes for start before going restaurant as these have many of your liking meat options.
