And I made a point to JD and Andrew Baydala when I said why is it ok for pro wrestlers to voice their frustrations with their bookings but it's not ok for us fans to voice our frustrations with Wrestlers' booking as well. We are also entitled to voice our opinions on professional wrestling booking when it doesn't make sense.
And it’s not like this is the usual indie promotion, both AEW & wwe are trying to produce a television show at the end of the day with characters & storylines. It’s kinda like that in major sports companies like the nfl, nba, etc it’s just more natural & unpredictable cause of that real life aspect: look at the New York Jets situation 😂 it’s like a soap opera with that team lol but it makes it fun to tune in.

We give them 2-3 hours of our day to be at those shows or watch these shows on television. So if we are watching these shows then we have the right to cheer and complain whenever we want..just like they can when their bookings don't go the way they want it to go.
I tear up every time I think about Cody winning that title. The match. The ending. The call by Samantha. Was by my wife’s bed as she was dying of leukemia. She couldn’t stay awake the whole show but she was adamant that I should wake her up for the main event. The whole thing was just great. Samantha will always have a place in my heart

I was going to come in here and type out a big long paragraph of how much I disliked Samantha irvin but the fact is I didn't mind her at all. Some of her introductions were a little cringe like when she introduced maxxine dupri and her crying when she announced cody as the winning at mania but other than that she was fine no chance in hell is she second behind the fink though thats just crazy talk but everyone has there own opinion I guess I'm glad Lillian is back.

Lash Legend and Jakarra are definitely a main roster act plus if they’re going to keep using these women’s tag titles, they’re a good add to the division. I would also love to see Oro and Dar tag on the main roster and join Raw they’d be a great much needed addition.
Solomonster makes a monumental point here when he brings up the powder keg that was about to pop off when Jacob Fatu and Breaker squared off. To me that's what I loved about the attitude era. It wasn't the filth. It was the fact that there was no unspoken rule that a heel could not attack another heel vice versa. If you were a champion were hunted by everyone. Fatu staring down Breaker just came off as more unscripted like its real life and unpredictable. Unpredictability is so hard to come by these days. Seeing Fatu & Breaker just teasing a physical exchange was the most exciting thing for me on RAW. It also reminded me of how much electricity that would ensue when The Wyatt's and The Shield used to hook up when they were both heels. The Wyatt Sicks should have laid every one out like savages including the corny New Day
"It just came off as more realistic in real life and unpredictable" ^^ This is exactly why it is still talked about over 2 decades later. Wrestling nowadays feels too scripted. The AE didn't feel scripted (Though it was). Anything could go down at any given moment.

You guys act like Stephanie V did something wrong, this is all on Tony, the min he offered her a contract that opened the door for her to negotiate with anyone because no promotion can force there people to sign with AEW just because of forbidden door. They said she could get out of her contract if she was offered a contract by a larger Promotion , and the second largest company offered it up, and she ask the largest were they interested and that’s it . If she wanted to be in AEW she would be there. All of these new rules will just give us shitty Japanese wrestlers at forbidden door; and who would sign that deal because all it does it let Tony and your current promotion know your intentions giving him leverage.
Not many people know a lot about the motor City Machine guns I used to watch them when they were in TNA but when they made their SmackDown debut people did not recognize them and that is disappointing.🤔
