I'd agree with these as the publicly best. The most beautiful, secluded homes and neighborhoods between SW/NW 91st Street, and Steeplechase will give you a ton of content, if homeowners permit.
I can understand how people in Tioga would not like 8th ave. but the rest of us love it! When it opened the speed limit was 45 but quickly went down to 35. I use it everyday and I think for the most part people stay close to 35 mph.
