What's easier to program? (A) A character's on reveal which changes the location to "Flooding: This is the last turn anyone can play cards here." with a trigger to change the location at the beginning of the next turn to "Flooded: No one can play at this location." (B) A character's on reveal which changes the location to "Flooding: This is the last turn anyone can play cards here." with a trigger to *remove the effect* and *change the name* without changing the location? Consider what the developers have already programmed - is there any way to remove the ability of a location without destroying it? How could one change the name of a location without changing the location? Realize that it's not possible yet - which means its not programmed yet. Literally the code to do so doesn't exist. Destiny and Mania are great designs. Mania especially is a cool concept - might be worth considering having the effect reduce enemy cards an amount equal to the amount of power you destroyed on your side.
As cool as Kai’s cards are, some of them really aren’t very good. - Viv is close to worthless when you look at other “When moved” effects - Mania gives you 6 power overall and up to 3 new spaces at best (not counting Winter Soldier, Angel or Nova) for 3 cards, so at least 6 energy (not counting Wasp or Yellowjacket) for 6 energy. Carnage gives you 8 power and up to 3 new spaces for at least 4 energy (Also not counting Wasp or Yellowjacket). And Venom gives you +1 and 3 up to new spaces for 3 energy and can go crazy under certain circumstances. - Silver Sable has almost no practical use cases and needs a Moon Girl gimmick deck to be viable, so basically she needs Moon Girl or she’s a dead card with bad stats (- Not really bad, but Doorman shouldn’t be an *Ongoing* effect, because Titania also isn’t)
Kate Bishop really look too OP, maybe if she could only kill the card with less attack instead of random, so you can protect against her if play a weak 1/2 card as a sacrifice. Door Man, can be good with Kraven, for consistant + twos. Silver Sable can be really good with Morbius too, a 2/10 can be easely achieved with both of them, maybe a 2/12. Cap Brittania is like a different take of Cap America, cool concept.
No it wouldn’t, jubilee says she plays a card but the card jubilee pulls doesn’t die to deaths domain. When a card plays a card it doesn’t trigger, it only triggers once when the player plays mister immortal, and then doesn’t trigger when it replays itself

These are all visually absolutely incredible but the actual abilities don't feel like they bring a whole lot of new exciting things to the game. They're all cards that I could see potentially in the game but also not getting a lot of play because the best decks right now boost entire subsets of cards or disrupt your opponents. These don't really do either, which might be a flaw in the game but the meta makes these overall seem weak. That said, I like mania and flatman lmao

With just Dinah Soar missing those guys built the Great Lake Initiative and are basicly running jokes. They once saved the world alongside Deadpool when Hydra built a device that mass hypnotised every Hero simultaniously, just by beeing forgotten by the creators :D So the practical joke is that they'll be forgotten, just like in every comic and by like every other reader. Also Squirl Girl was an apprentice of them but left when she got too popular (in the marvel universe and in real by beeing a meme).

Custom cards are always fun. I'm new to Snap, but it was fun seeing custom Magic the Gathering cards.
Yea Punisher get +4 power if the opponent has 4 cards at his spot, but also benefits from less than 4 opposing cards.

You misread mania, it doesn't say afflict all enemy cards with -1, it afflict "an" enemy card, meaning at most she does -4 not -12

The wording could be changed so that it's not "played" after destroyed and thus doesn't proc Death's Domain additional times.
I think the priority are:
On reveal > location > on going
