Not even inlcluding risks in 10 years. property value appreciation is also not that great. i do not understand how are these good investments when we do not even get to own the property, only own the share in the company that is managing these properties.....
Don’t tell me you are recommending crypto :-) Tell me anything above 6% per annum in usd term? I will tell the drawbacks. If you want to make money - do it working actively. These are passive income.

I know that there is a general 5 year recommended period, but following a vote by owners an exit from a property may be sooner. I also assume that properties are claimed to have been acquired at a market competitive rate to begin with. One option is to maintain a will - which is slightly expensive, but it will make sense as the investments grow. Most important at this point is that share all the investment details with spouse so atleast they are aware about it.

However, while investing from abroad you need to keep in mind about the transaction fee banks will charge. 4 - you will be charged bank fee for transaction in withdrawing money outside uae. This has to be considered specially if you have a small investment. 5 - you need to have wire transfer or debit card payment
How to get the compounding effect if in my scenario as I invested and now moving australia. I contacted smart crowd, they said u cannot re invest. Only ur current investment will continue. Is that the same case with stake platform as well. Kindly advise the pakistanis to make FBR account and file their taxes zero as over seas, as I am yet to find people here who file their tax zero. This will significant dent them in the long run if buying something back in pakistan.
You can still transfer funds from Australia - however the transfer fee will be high for small investments, so it might not make sense for compounding. For someone in UAE, one can keep on topping up in order to compound every month on top of your rental returns. For becoming a filer - I cannot stress enough. Will do more in upcoming videos.
