i went to this! never had to stand on my 2 feet for so long in my entire life! i was there from 11am to 5:30pm and i only sang for 30 seconds lmao! gotta love theatre
@bryceep I agree, I do sound ridiculous about wanting it to be my 'big break', that was because of how the soundbite was edited. earlier I had mentioned that it was my first audition in New York (they just cut to what was shown )
I don't know though. I'm not sure I want to pay Broadway ticket prices for Godspell. It's such a small, intimate show that putting in a big theatre might diminish the impact.
I saw the show and while some of these people that sang in the video might be decent, they're just nowhere near as good as the people in the show. The actual cast is so good its actually mind boggling
George Salazar has now gone into Chill ON BROADWAY and the revival of Godspell was his broadway debut

Ken Davenport is right! Pretty much all the people in that revival have gone off to fabulous careers
