There is a mistake in program 1, Is there any instruction Mov A, 10H no it will be MVI A, 10H 2, while storing instruction and data in memory it will be stored in MVI A in 1000 and 10H in 1001 that is it will take two memory locations

bhai 14H is 8bit data not 16 bit, it just like BCD which we studied in digital electronics.... So binary representation is
4=0100 and 1=0001 hence 14H = 0001 0100 and H represents nothing just a HEXADECIMAL representation
