Hi Geoff, many brewers use this mill. Because it is a mixing drill it has high torque, the mounting options are a good bonus (some people 3D print mounts) and the trigger lock is nice as well. With the trigger, it is speed adjustable so you can sort of control how fast/destructive it is. Alternatively, some people just use a zip tie or a clamp to keep the trigger on.

Low speed high torque. Standard drills are the opposite.
