Comparing this bike to Radrunner 2 which bike you think is better overall specially comfort of seat and range? Can you put on th8s bike passenger on the back as well like Radrunner 2?
Another question - is the myth of unlocking these type bikes speed just that or are there certain types that will allow for increased speeds. And can you achieve this on the Cycrown ?
I'm having horrible issues with my new Cycrown Cynight and not getting reasonable solutions from their tech support. It's becoming a nightmare. I bought the bike in June and haven't been able to ride it without issues and roadside repairs since it arrived. First the accelerator handle had a wire-short that would randomly cut the accelerator handle off and on. Then they sent the wrong replacement accelerator grip. Now that's fixed and the rear motor makes a horrendous scraping noise, the bike powers down randomly mid-ride requiring that I split the bike and re-seat the battery to power it up again, AND separately from these issues the speed resets to 15.3 mph on its own and I have to use a reset code process to keep resetting the bike back to the full 20mph speed. I've been talking with Jessica in tech support who is very nice but just seems to offer me repeat/circular solutions to the same problems over and over without a real fix, and has told me that each of the issues I'm having is a normal part of using this bike, which has me flabbergasted to be very honest. Currently my bike powers down if I hit a speed bump on a paved road. Right now they have left me telling me that the battery reset/power down is a normal issue, the daily speed reset is a normal issue and so is the loud screeching noise coming from the motor, which I refuse to believe but I still cant ride it. @dadsvids802 Did you fix it? No video? Sounds like a loose battery connection or speed control issue? If batteries lose just foam tape inside compartment so batteries snug. Also UNLOCK the bike in the display code sequence *ask Cycrown. Mine goes 28 mph! 😎👍

At least 20 miles throttle. I can get 40+ with some pedal.

I did it and achieved 30mph
