Thank you very much for the info, I really do appreciate it. Sorry to hear about your condition because these bikes and the work you are putting into them are top notch. I hope you find another creative outlet (hope as much fun as bikes!).
I just have a Lincoln 110 welder I got from Home Depot on sale for 400. I do not used shielded wire though. A bottle of Argon is a good investment when doing sheet metal. And its 18 guage metal. Its sad though, I have had to give up on the bikes due to a condition I have that messes up my balance. So look for a alternative soon. ( Cant give up bikes that easily )
This is pretty cool! I've been watching your videos on the CB360 and the KE100 (very nice work by the way) and the funny thing is I'm working on those exact same bikes. I'm wondering what kind of welder you are using and how much one of those one run for. Also what kind of sheet metal are you using for your seat and side cover work? Thanks and keep up the good work, will be looking forward to seeing your next videos.
Thanks man! Not bad for a beginner I guess. The real test has been the Volksrod though. Ill be back to the KE100 soon. I think my legs will let me ride it since its so light. We will see.
You sir have golden hands. I've seen numerous handmade cowls for cafe's and yours are one of the best.
Thanks for watching man. Ill have another video next week.
