A piece of unsolicited advice: Please wean Milad off his pacifier. It's not good for it to stay in his mouth all the time. His mouth is getting so used to it, such that his mouth, especially his lower lip, is already drooping even when it's off. It also prevents him from trying to express himself and make sounds to form words so he can start talking.
