Personally, never quit playing Gears 3. (Still play 1 & 2 too). I do horde mode with my son, my brother. And sometimes a mutual friend of ours, weekly. Get pizzas and set up multiple tv's. Shit's so fun! We order pizza and crazybreads too lol. And then weekdays I play 2-3 times too.
That sounds like a blast man happy for you I used to play a lot with my brothers on gears 3, halo 3 and mw2 and black ops 2. Sadly they've moved onto other games like apex so for the most part on my own there

Me and my dad used to play it all the time back in 2012 and 2013 I miss that I just recently played the ultimate edition and bought gears four and five excited for eday so I can play with my dad again

You can find matches during weekends. i usually get some South America lobbys on Friday or Saturday. especially in the evening.

I got an Xbox that’s coming in today. I got it impulsively cuz I saw the e day reveal. Now ima play all gears games. Is it easy to find online matches in ue, 2, and 3?
Its very easy to find games on OG gears of war and gears of war 3 but for me I can't find any on 2 or UE
Just gotta play ranked guardian on gow2, that's still pretty populated.

@@jaylentowns874 yeah me too I love the graphics to me it's the best looking gears graphics wise but gears 2 is my favorite you just can't beat the design of the nexus personally no other gears game gives me the same feeling of gears 2 it's just perfect every level

I've been playing past couple days myself. They really are extremely full, wish it wasn't host servers. Sometimes the bouncing feels smooth, other times it's just so slippy and bad.
Thats sad. When host has shotty advantage you just have to rush power and stay on lancer. I been in games like that where the delay is obvious for 1v1 and we only kill the host by ganging up on em at the same time.
Makes me want to get another Xbox just to play again

One thing you can say about gears is they always look great. Even the games that wasn't well received.
i was on both gears 3 and gears 5 and preferred gears 3 gameplay.

I got the series 2 elite controller. It's so bad for gears. My muscle memory for rodie running is set. The pressure you need to hold down A is more than that. So I'll randomly stop while holding A

Level 35 no reup? You smurfing or you get reset? No non reups I've ever seen are that good around a digger-either using it or dodging while getting shot at. I wouldve said at first you were just really good in another gears game and picked up 3 recently because of the bouncing and gnasher shots, but the digger action stands out. You got alot of experience around digger and you dont pick up frags. Which means you dont plant and you dont throw because delay and blast radius are kinda trash. I would grab em personally, but they are kinda a beginners trap power weapon unless you are good at being sneaky with plants.
As someone who’s never really taken an online multiplayer mode seriously and never tried the Digger, I can definitely say it’s finicky for me. I’m at least glad it just a skill issue on my part.
