I discovered my limits so thoroughly through my teens - 20's ( amateur boxing, college back and forth, freelance, film, tv, movies, 12, 15, 18 hour days, weeks at a time), my mid-30's now consists of having nothing left. If I can huff and puff jog 1.5 miles or jump rope for 6 minutes now, it's a real feat. I'm ahead of not drinking a ton of alcohol, very moderate THC use, healthy eating, maintained same BMI forever. It's just over, energy is a distant memory. Had Covid about 8 times thanks to a job in theatre with 1500+ indoor seats. Smell and taste is gone. There's a certain point where fatigue settles in and it's simply no longer a question of will or positive habits. Mold is mold, rust is rust, decay is decay.

The MLK surprised tf out of me, definitely subscribing man this channel is different. I like how it feels like each of the audios are in the same room just dropping advice. I dont know what type of sound contortions you do to them but it’s working! Keep it up family.

Embrace the unknown and let courage lead the way.
As Søren Kierkegaard said, "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards."
Taking risks is essential for growth and discovering our true potential.
Step out of your comfort zone, take bold actions, and trust the journey for every risk is a chance to create a new path.
