    what does it means when am sms sender id status is on completed, i cants also send sms using the api

      Hello, thank you for reaching out! Kindly note that sender ID registration may be required depending on the country's restrictions and requirements. In this case, if the sender is already registered, but the messages are not delivered over API, there can be several reasons that we need to check.
