Would love to know how she's dealing with Amazon linking listings to online websites and initiating a competitive price, blocking the buy box as long as competitor websites are in stock and you're not matching their price
Love the interview, nice change-up for the younger folk I've been seeing a lot (not necessarily here and not necessarily a bad thing :)) Couple things I wondered about: 1. With WS accts do distributors not tend to take credit cards as a payment to where you can take advantage of CC cashback/rewards? 2. Sam mentioned doing a lot of storefront stalking and noticing there could be a sale somewhere when many sellers are on a listing, but can't that be something to watch out for as it's more susceptible to price tanking? I guess suppose adding moats with GCs, rebates, cashback, etc could help and maybe it's just on a case by case basis...
I’d assume a cost decision bc you can ship to a prep center sales tax free vs paying Florida state sales tax. Somewhere around $20 or more it saves you money to ship to a sales tax free pre
I guess she leveraged credit or something cause she said that was alot of money at the time. It would take atleast 50k at those margins to hit that revenue.
@@StratosphereDistribution Agree. leveraged loans or credit cards. Many of us have done that once we got started. Just have to be careful not to over leverage yourself and make sure pricing is set to turn frequently to pay off credit in the 31 day cycle. At 18% margin she must have been turning and burning. Impressive.
@@FieldsofProfit thanks for the reply! I have been doing FBA private label with a partner of mine since a few years ago in Germany and recently launched our products in Amazon US, been going well, and currently in the phase of placing an order for our second container and dealing with capital shortage, future partnership, and whether we should continue, and if we want to continue shall we open up an LLC here in the US or not and all those sort of things! Love this! As a working mom who is just getting started (and having baby #3 next month) I’m super inspired! Just got ungated in Nike and thrilled!
Big win! You got this 🚀

I just got approved on Nike

She’s buying under promotions, clearances, sales…. Amazon is comparing normal retail price.
@@deezwild5807 Also sellers at her scale have 300+ items on sale at all times, the impact from this is minimal
She came up super quick I wonder if she leveraged credit to expand so fast 🎉🎉🎉🎉
What was the profit margin on that 1.4 million
Solid video 👍🏼

Hey champ what wold be the difference in between sellerboard and replendashboard? Would you have a preference? Thank you 👍
Isn’t OA disallowed? There’s a rule stating anything bought from a retailer can only be sold as “Used”
Used to think that too, just a myth, have used OA invoices with Amazon all the time
How would you hit 100k in 4 months with only 1500-2000 to start? Even doubling your money each month you have less than 10k to buy inventory..
Yea I doubt she did all that only with 1.5-2, she probably injected more money in her business when she saw sales going up
I guess she leveraged credit or something cause she said that was alot of money at the time. It would take atleast 50k at those margins to hit that revenue.
Probably, you can get to that starting with 35k and 40% roi if you sell all your inventory in a month each time
1.5k cash but surely with leverage from credit cards. And since she fbm from the beginning, cash flow isnt a problem

Do you need to set up an LLC to start OA on Amazon?
Not required but a good idea if you have any significant personal assets to protect

$1 million is of revenue isn’t it? the profit after 1 million is $180k? Is that after all expenses?
She says 18% margin right at the start
18% margin or 40% ROI.
So its not 18% profit but actually 40%
