Listened to my guy feeling during one time when I decided to stay home instead of going out with my friends. I didn't know why. I went out with my friends all the time but I had a terrible gut feeling and decided to stay home. I was home alone, 16 at the time, and about 30 minutes later I heard glass shattering. Someone with breaking in with a butcher knife. I got a scar on my bicep while running away from him. Cops came, dude left by then. My friends went exploring a abandoned building but were attacked by homeless people. It was a lose-lose situation overall haha.

      Speaking of scary experiences~
Years ago, I was like 11 years old and kind of a goodie two shoes. I never broke rules or disobeyed my parents because I was just obsessed with the idea of being a good son. Anyway, one night my best friend came knocking at my first story window at like 2 AM and I opened it, thinking that maybe he was in trouble or something. He told me that he was gonna go out and skateboard down to the big tree in our neighborhood which was somewhere along this long dirt canal road that was also off limits to the public. It should have been all red flags for me but for some reason I agreed and got a hoodie on to go with him. We snuck out and skateboarded down to the entrance of the road which was blocked by a fence. And it wasn’t chain link or something like that, it was metal bars and like 9 feet tall. We were trying to figure some way through the fence when some random guy on the other side slowly approached the gate and opened it. He looked about forty years old. His clothes were torn apart and by the looks of it he was homeless. My friend and I were pretty scared and decided to not follow the guy and just ran off. A while later, my friend asked if I wanted to go back to the tree again and I was still awake so I figured why not. We got to the gate and the homeless creepy guy was nowhere in sight, so we walked inside. Looking back it was really stupid but we were considering it our journey into adulthood at the time. Anyway, we walked along this road until we started to seen torn clothes thrown around everywhere, strewn here and there for miles. Shreds and shreds of clothing, some of it covered in what seemed to be blood. Even so we kept going like the morons we were thinking “oH MaYBe SoMeoNe neeDs HeLp”, as if a couple of 11 year olds could do anything anyway. Finally we came to a spot where there was just a gigantic pile of garbage, empty alcohol bottles, used condoms, and yes, more bloody clothing. We theorized that someone had been murdered or something because we liked to jump to conclusions, but now that I think about it, we might’ve been right. My friend through about calling the cops but I was too afraid to get in trouble with my parents. Anyway, we booked it away again when we saw that same straggly homeless guy skinny dipping in the canal towards us. Next day we couldn’t find any of traces of him or the stuff he left behind. We couldn’t even remember what he looked like because it was so dark. Later, the police told us that it was most likely just a homeless man living on the canal illegally and the blood was just from an injury he may have inflicted on himself. As far as we know, he could’ve been a murderer and was trying to lure us in or something. Still makes me shiver. That night, my gut told me to do something dumb.

This is a story that happened to my dad.
So my dad was in the military and at one point he was stationed on one of the Hawaiian islands. There was a HUGE stray cat population there (keep this in mind). All the soldiers really liked this one bar, but people kept on breaking in and stealing all the alcohol. So everyone decided to take turns every night keeping watch in the bar to catch the guys stealing the stuff. This bar also had rumors of ghosts in the back rooms and pantries. One evening my dads roommate who was a K-9 unit guy searched the bar with his highly trained German Shepard. The dog has dug up BOMBS before, but once it reached the pantry it refused to go in, whimpering and tugging away from its leash to get away. So anyways my dad was stationed in a hallway DIRECTLY facing this pantry. He was kinda creeped out but was trying to cool his nerves. All of a sudden, a door starts banging, like back and forth just slamming against the wall. My dad stands up shaking, loads his gun, and creeps towards the sound, scared out of his fucking mind. He approached the door (it’s a screened door) and… it’s a kitten. A kitten (one of many on this island) had gotten its claw stuck in the door and was trying to pull its paw away from the door. My 6’5, armed, and menacing dad was scared of a kitten. He freed the kitten and they never did catch the man stealing the drinks.

I am a young man, 22,and barely out of college, it always baffles me when I hear stories of violence against women, like why would you do that, what would push you to hurt someone who at one point you loved, and I live in a part of Europe where violence against women, although definitely is not the norm, happens somewhat regularly, I am always horrified to hear gruesome stories of women being beaten on a regular basis by their "husbands", i don't have a vast experience with relationships, but whenever i would be in conflict so often with my partners that I couldn't stand it I would just end that relationship and go our separate ways, idk, that seems like the civilized way to do it.

I've never hit my gf, or any women for that matter, but I understand SOME men who do. I was in a relationship with a mentally minipulative girl. She just kept poking and poking and poking me. One day I fucking LOST it. Before I did anything to her, I took a good solid 30 seconds, I was shaking, face beet red, I wanted to hit her so badly but my single mother did not raise me like that, so I... just bursted out crying. Seriously, hahaha. So much energy it had to go somewhere. If that was a man, he would be dead and I would be in jail today.
So, i'm still not saying every women is like this, but some women are fuckin crazy and they will drive the man crazy and act like angels. So I understand SOME men who did not have the same composure as me and they are in jail now. They are not right, but I understand them.

    • @iatecinderella
      @iatecinderella 2 ปีที่แล้ว +19

Yes, most people don’t hit their other half. But when people do it can be due to many of things. Things such as following a cycle of what happened to them, if they have been abused they may outward that pain onto them, some just genuinely have some psychological problems and issues (not an excuse!). The list goes on. But any “normal” person would never resort to this.

My dad was stationed in Ireland in 1992-93. He had to check for car bombs constantly and was terrified of anyone finding out he was Catholic. December 10th my parents were doing last minute Christmas shopping at the Wood Green shopping centre, when they got back home mum turned on the TV, and the news showed that only about 30 minutes ago 2 bombs had gone off. Mum tired joking that dad should have paid by cheque, but dad told me all he could think about was that is 2 year old and full term wife could have died. He left the army the following April when I was 3 mouths old. He hasn't told me a lot of what happened when he was out there, just how he was always scared for us.

One of the scariest stories I know happened to me a while ago, where ironically, I decided ghosts aren’t real..I walk out of my room a little more confident and less paranoid as I have anxiety.. Then immediately came across one of my cats, who was slowly approaching ans backing away from a empty room..
He doesn’t get scared easily at all, but he looks terrified and confused..So I walk in assuming it’s just a large bug that he wasn’t prepared for..
There was nothing but an old armchair we got recently..I tried to convince him it was okay, then..the doorknob on the door behind me started to move..I don’t mean rattling or jiggling, I mean full on being turned rapidly..I screamed and ran faster than I thought I could, (terrified my cat in the process) also I was home alone besides my mom half across the house at the time..
And after I of course got the room blessed was the only time my cat would go in, but to be honest the part that still freaks me out the most.. Is when he came in he was still seemed on edge, he was moving slow and seemed alert and immediately looked all around, including behind the door..
Also this is a cat who once greeted and rubbed on a 6’6 man he’s never met, he’s loving, moody and curious, but that was the only time I’ve actually seen him genuinely afraid..

i have one similar to the first story! this was a few months after i started my new job. I had been parking behind the building i work in, as it was closest to the employee entrance and i have mobility issues. well every day on my way into work, when i walked past the small woods area next to the parking lot, i felt anxious and uneasy. i brushed it off for about a month. one day i took my lunch break and went out to my car, and as i walked to the parking lot there were 5 police cars and a few forensic vans with detectives standing around. i immediately rushed to my car and a detective stopped me to ask if the car was mine. i said yes and he looked relieved and told me they had found a dead body in the woods by the parking lot, not even 20 feet from my car (i could see the crime scene taped off), and they thought the car was the deceased person's. they told me i could leave so obviously i rushed out of there.
i found out later that the person they found had been missing for almost a month, and had died of an overdose in those woods. it makes me shiver to think about it now, because for that whole month i had that gut feeling. that person was there the entire time and nobody knew. i haven't had that gut feeling since they found the person.
its insane to me how the human brain is wired to sense danger subconsciously

My scariest story was when i was recovering from leukemia. I was on my third round of in-patient chemo and was a short while away from getting a bone marrow transplant. During the chemo, my heart started to give up. I could feel it giving up. My chest started feeling heavy, my head was spinning and I suddenly felt a sense of impending doom. I told my mom to call the nurse and before my mom left the room the world went black. I woke up about two hours later with no less than fifteen people in my room. Apparently, my heart gave out and the only way to restart it and keep it pumping was with steroids. First words I heard when i came back were "If i find out that any of you dropped the ball on this kid, you will be on unemployment by the end of the day."
Idk what scared me more; having my heart go out or the doctor's threat to his staff cause even i started fearing for my job... and i didn't even work during my treatment.

When I arrived the patient was still talking and semi-concious, but before long they were taking their last and final breaths of life. A family member was also on scene and it was just gut wrenching to watch. I remember it being so quiet after the storm that you could almost hear a pin drop. I drive by the spot where the individual was declared deceased sometimes, and every time I do I think about that poor person. We did everything we could, but sometimes that's no enough to stop you from feeling like you failed them.

Once I was in the mall with three of my friends, and we were getting food. I went to get a drink with one of them, her name is Olivia, and the two others stayed behind to save our seats in this like sitting area. And we were just chilling in line, waiting, while this old man, he looked homeless and high as hell, or boosted with some sort of drug, came up to us and started talking about his life story, about being a bus driver and stuff. We found it pretty weird but like we weren’t really creeped out, he seemed pretty chill, but then my drink was ready so I grabbed it and he was still talking to us and we wanted to leave at this point cause he was getting like a bit aggressive, not physical or anything just with his words. So we started walking off, and the guy started to say “Hey, where are you going? I’m not done yet!” And “come back!”. We immediately started to speed walk, then running when he started yelling for us, not sure if he was walking to catch up to us or not. My two other friends didn’t really care about our encounter but me and Olivia were pretty spooked by this.
Later, when we finished, we started to walk around the mall again and me and Olivia stayed close while keeping an eye out. Not sure how but two of them (i don’t remember which two friends tho) went into Sephora, and I don’t like makeup so I went with my other friend to a different store. But once I was done in that store they were still in Sephora so I went to go inside to meet with them and that homeless man was passed out in front of the store, surrounded by security. We ended up telling the security about our encounter with him just so they had a reason to kick him out or something so he wouldn’t harass and scare other kids lol, but yeah that’s the scariest encounter I could think of on the top of my head.

about 2 years ago I was leaving the mall with my mom and younger brother. We had gone to watch a movie and ended up spending extra time just hanging out at the mall. I was so late that nobody was there and the janitor had to tell us where to exit because there was only one exit that hadn't been locked. We ended up looking around for a while and finally found it. We get outside and realize we are in the back of the mall. Behind all the other stores in the areas and it looks like we are in the middle of nowhere. It is January and there is ice and snow everywhere so here we are cold, slipping on black ice, and have no idea where we are. We all decide to just walk around the back of the mall and eventually we will circle around and get to the front. Well we walk around this corner and see a bunch of cars parked behind the mall. these are old, dingy, made in the 80's or 90's cars that just give off creepy vibes. So I we are all kind of nervous but just keep walking, but I look over and get a good look at these cars and there are people in them. all middle age creepy looking men and some women. They all turn their heads and watch us walk, turning their heads more and more until we finally get around the corner and leave. We eventually got back to my car and all was well but it was definitely terrifying

I got one. About a year ago, my husband did something so horrific to me I couldn't believe it. I'm in recovery and he's the no drug sober one. BUT one day he took a bunch of Xanax. He fell in love with the feeling. Long story short, we argued. I tried to run away. He grabbed my long hair and I fell on my ass, my body folding in half. I'm 5'6 and 115lbs. He's 5'8" and 230lbs. He proceeds to sit on me. Full on weight. I couldn't breathe and my body (I swear I didn't understand what was going on in my body but it almost felt like my body was on a countdown of what was failing in order for death ☠️) and he just kept telling me to let go, it'd be easier to just let go. Since I couldn't move an inch I thought this is it. Screaming and crying made it worse. And so, as terrified as I was, decided to let go. The killing process was taking forever. Tried to make peace and accept my fate. He got up and I was to hurt to run. Aftermath, he had no recollection of what transpired and he cried and asked me to tell my tale . I did and to this day, he knows what he did. He never took them again. Happy Sunday everyone 🙌✨

    1. My mom worked as a nurse at a prison when I was a kid. She'd tell us some interesting stories here and there, but avoided the serious ones until we asked when we were older. She had an inmate put a shank to her throat before, would almost fall asleep at the wheel bc the prison was 2 hours away and she worked nights, and if that wasn't bad enough, what made her leave was the body of a corrections officer being found in the trunk of her own vehicle... Big "time to leave" moment.
    2. My mom died of cancer about a year and a half ago. My dad has dementia and Parkinson's affecting him and he could really piss anyone off if they were around him enough at times. I'll never forget him bothering her on her deathbed while she was barely coherent at all, and her last words were her yelling out to him, "What?!" because he wouldn't stop calling her. It's a sad, but authentic n humorous moment among all the pain of the experience. The only thing we had laughed to smirk about.
    3. I think of my own scary experiences, there are two I could discuss here. The first:
I have battled a brain tumor since I was 10. I had a recurrence in 2014 after 7 years of freedom. I was really only getting the MRI bc I was saving to move n didn't know how long it'd b before I could get another. Got a phone call after 5p for an appointment the next day at noon. I was scared... Already knew what was gonna be said and I was already adamant I was going through another surgery. Well, I qualified for a type of radiation called gamma knife radiosurgery (surgical precision in one sitting, but not for everyone considering my mom's version didn't save her).
Part of the process is having an anesthesiologist give you an amnesiac of sorts while the neurosurgeon provides novacaine/local numbing to the sites he will be drilling into your head to apply the "halo" as some call it, so the administration of the radiation isn't hindered by ANY movement. Basically they hook the halo to the machine n the machine moves ur head for u.
Anyway, that moment where the anesthesiologist is preparing the meds and the neurosurgeon is chilling flicking the needle and u know they're gonna drill into ur skull while you're technically awake was nightmare fuel. Luckily, I didn't remember anything, but I went into a pseudoseizure bc of it and my mom could hear me screaming from the waiting room...
The second story would have to be dating a guy who everyone liked, which was extremely rare, and he happened to be emotionally abusive, but I kept pushing it out of my mind during. The one thing he said, however, that still haunts me, especially considering I always had a gut feeling that I should never move in with him under the circumstances he preferred (no neighbors around at all), was after we'd had sex and I said some weird comment I don't completely remember but wasn't serious, and he confessed that he had rape fantasies where he was the rapist... I didn't even know how to respond to that.. I was dating a guy who essentially wanted to rape me...

Um I think this is a pretty ignorant comment saying the least; you can’t predict these things as a parent. My mother was a sleep walker, and she constantly unlocked doors, undid latches, used the bathroom, and ate food in her sleep; almost exactly as if she was awake. Her mother couldn’t stop her from doing it, and due to it being an apartment couldn’t just replace the locks or add more. She ended up putting wet towels by the front door so that my ma would wake up before she could fully open the door. The problem is that worked almost every time but there was one time my mother fully opened the door before waking up; her mom did everything she could shortened of just blocking doors and/or tying my mom down, which would’ve proven more harm then good. At the end of the day, no one’s stupid for not knowing how to deal with a foreign situation, especially when your completely out of knowing what solutions are at your finger tips. It’s just rude to call someone stupid because they didn’t think exactly what you did post tense to what they were dealing with in their present tense.

This is actually still very recent. I'm 21 now and have been lving alone for roughly a year. I got the hook up from my parents and they helped me get an apartment due to me only being 19 and not having any renters history. The second week I was officially unpacked in my new home. I live in a little condo that is attatched to something of a duplex. There are four seperate apartments in this old fashioned looking house. My apartment is elevated roughly 3 1/2 feet off the ground with a small 3 step stair case leading to my front door. The layout is that from my front door off to the left was a very open backyard space that lead to the alleyway behind the duplex. I'm talking roughly a yard wide worth of open space here, It's pretty expansive. Across from the yard there's and old garage shack that was turned into a storage unit from old tenants. I got the one in the middle where i stored my yardwork equipment. One night after my best friend and I finshed hangng out in my garage. I started getting these eerie feelings of dread. As if I was in a lower elevation or something. At some point my ears would pop as if I was at a different elevation level. This would go on for roughly 2 weeks after I cleaned up the garage. Whenever my best bud was over, I'd be completely fine. Though the second I was alone, I'd feel this unyeilding pressure, as if I was being compressed. I honestly tried to rationalize my experiences by thinking maybe it was the affect of dust inhalatoin. The garage was very old and no one has stepped foot inside for a few years prior to my tenantcy. After awhile I become scraed to the core. That garage had this lingering dread. As if a melevolant presence didn't want me there. Eventually, the fever pitch hit. I was alone one night residing inside my living space of my condo. I was watching reddit text to speach videos on Tik Tok when I suddenly heard a loud banging noise. I jumped and froze solid. I nearly dropped my phone. The neighors dog beyond the fence bgan barking. I tried to shrug it off and go back to Tik Tok, when I heard another bang, this time way louder. By this point I was more annoyed then scared. So I slipped on some shorts and my slides and walked outside. It was 3 in the morning and It was pitch black, save for some lights I could see coming from the alley. I turned on my phone light and walked out into the center of the yard space. Silence. I sat still listening for another minute or two before deciding that It was probably just alley cats having a brawl. Until, My garage door flung wide open. I had just turned my back and took a step just before It swung open. I froze. I slowly look over my shoulder In pure fear. I was scared absolutely shitless. In the dark of the yard, the doorway to my garage was much darker. Darker than black, I couldn't see inside and it made me heavily uneasy. I begin walking towards the garage. The light from my phone was very dim and didn't illuminate light for more than 3 feet in front of me. I stood in the doorway and peaked inside. Flashing the light I see the furntiture that I pushed off into the other side of the garage. I swear I took one step and the atmosphere changed. I was no longer scared, I was fucking terrified. I couldn't move, I was frozen in complete fear. Suddenly off to the left side on me, not even 6 feet away from me. I saw a homeless man staring directly at me. I didn't blink, breathe or dare move a muscle. Without facing the man I shifted my eyes to him. I couldn't see him all that well, But I assumed this man was at least 6 foot. I'm a small , 5'8 140 lb male, and I'll admit, I nearly pissed myself. The door swings inward to the garage. So I had to quickly reach the doorknob and slam the door shut. I pulled out my key and attempted to lock the door only to see that the knob was busted. This guy used something to knock the lock mechanism loose. So I said fuck it, and sprinted acorss the yard to my door. I unlocked it, ran inside, made damn sure the door was locked behind me, cut all the lights off and dialed the cops. Roughly 10 minutes later the cops showed up to my door. I explained what was going on and pointed them in the direction of the garage. They spent maybe 3 minutes checking it out but the man was gone. They found a hammer and a battery on the floor. They asked me more questions about the man's appearence and other follow up questions. After that they left. They had told me that there was a sleeping bag and an assortment of Bike parts left inside the garage. Apparently the man was living inside of my garage. I haven't stepped foot inside of that thing since.

The bathroom didn't have a shower as the house was quite old, so we kept a large tupperware jug on the corner of the bathtub for washing our hair. One day I went to the bathroom and as I was washing my hands in the sink, this top-heavy jug just tipped forward 90 degrees as if it was pouring something into the bath, then slammed back into place hard enough to make the bathtub ring. Scared the hell out of me. I don't believe in ghosts or an afterlife, but damned if I can't think of any logical explanation for that.

One morning the youth pastor (this was back when I was in my early teens) said that he saw me sleep walking the previous night. Said it was super creepy. Doesn't sound that scary but I never thought I sleepwalked before this so I had no idea that it could happen. Just imagine trying to sleep and then realizing that you could randomly get up and just start walking around. Kind of creepy if you think about it.

My elementary school was very familiar with the workers at this one camp. Every year, they would take the 5th graders to the camp for 3 days. When i got to go to the camp, it all seemed very creepy. There was a river that ran along the camp. Across the river, there was this trailer park. No cars were in the driveways, no cars came in or out, and i saw no lights on at all. The first night i was there, i woke up in the middle of the night to footsteps. I looked around, thinking it might’ve been one of my cabin mates going to the bathroom. Instead, i saw this girl crawling on the floor. She looked straight out of a stereotypical horror movie. She had long black hair, a white dress, and no face. I was terrified and closed my eyes. The next morning i woke up and walked to the food hall for breakfast with my friends. My friend told me there was a girl crawling on the floor last night. I asked her what the girl looked like and IT WAS THE EXACT DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I SAW. After that, i was officially scared for my life. But, nothing else happened. But, 2 years later when my little brother went to the same camp, he said the first night they heard a woman screaming in the forest and the second night there was a tall man staring in the doorway watching him and his cabin mates sleep. The camp was built 96 years ago, so that makes it even worse. Thanks for reading my story (sorry it was so long).

*I got two stories, here is the first* this one isn’t so bad but here is my story:
(sum info) i was 9 and my family lived in the middle of nowhere so when i got from school a taxi with other students of my school would pick me up and leave me to a road where i walked home. The road was about 1km, not a hard thing to walk.)
so the taxi dropped me off like usually exept this time it was pouring and i didn’t have an umbrella or a waterproof jacket. I walked about 1/4 of the road and i was already so tired. It was so cold and i was fully wet and i just wanted to get home. I heard a car approach me from behind. Okay. The car slowed down and a about 30 year old man rolled down his window. Now fyi i knew about stranger danger and all but at that moment everything was better than walking home. He said something like: do you need a ride home? Or It must be so cold do you need a ride home? And i was so stupid 9 year old and thought: ”he must be one of our neighbours” (we had a lot of them) So i said: yeah🤠 He asked my addres *and i fricking told him exactly where we lived* and he dropped me off. I was safetly at home then. When my parents asked me how i dealt with the rain *i freacking told them* and i got a lecture of: ”never do that again” and yeah now thinking back im so lucky he didn’t have any bad intentions.. if you know what i mean
*and now the second story wich is way shorter* info: i was going out with my friend, i think. We had moved to a new place, and i was riding my bike from our yard/street to the location. I was riding down a hill and it was past winter so there was gravel down the hill. I didn’t think much of it untill i hear a car comming. I panicked and started pushing the brake. Obviously the gravel made me slide and i just didn’t stop. The car driver glanced at me and kept going the same speed away from me now. I almost fell over. I scrathed my knee but luckily nothing else happend. Nowdays i hate going down that hill

I’m a lifelong sleepwalker from childhood. I have woken up in the middle of eating which is weird, but the scariest thing I have ever done was when I was living alone and woke up to my apartment door wide open with my feet dirty from wherever I had walked in my sleep. I didn’t wear pants to bed. So I had sleepwalked in a t-shirt & underwear, wandered around in the complex and then I went back to bed and apparently left my apartment door wide open. I was very lucky that nothing horrible happened to me. I told my mom what happened, and she & my sister came over that day with alarms that we put on all of the windows and my doors so I would wake up if I tried to get out in my sleep again.
2nd place was when someone tried to break into my duplex apartment, & the cops took forever to find my apartment even though they were less than 15 minutes away from me. They couldn’t follow directions-before the Internet. They finally showed up. I think the 911 operator was more helpful than the cops because I think talking to her made him leave when he realized that the cops were coming.

I was round 6 or 7 I had moved into a new place in which both me and my brother knew no one, some days later, we were playing in the lot when some one legit as dark as the endless space with white eyes waved at me with a smile. The apartment from which he waved from was empty that day(no lights or noise)

One time I posted a video on my TH-cam page (this account) and it was a video on the Amazing World of Gumball and the creepy clown in it. People were coming up with theories like how “it probably wants to kidnap them” etc. And one person commented a whole story about how “they were kidnapped” I don’t remember a lot of it because I was just scanning over it and it was extremely long. But even though they could have easily lied about it, it was still scary and kind of eye opening to how often this can happen.

    i'll tell my story.
When i was 11, i usually didn't believe in ghosts, but after what happened, i could never be sure of anything again.
I was sleeping in my bed, alone, but somehow i was half awake. I didn't make any noise while sleeping and i still not to this day, and suddenly i heard a breathing coming from somewhere really close at me. I turned the lights on to see what was happening, and i can't remember if it was my knee or something getting under my bed, but i saw that and it gone away after it. Then i came back to sleep and it made that heavy breathing creepy gas mask looking sound again but even heavier. I screamed "mom?" and it stopped making that noise and i went to sleep in my mother's bed.
After that anomaly, i went to my holly days and nothing special happened that time, except when i came back.
when i went back to home, things didn't change, until i had a very peculiar dream.
i always had weird spiritual dreams, but this was NOT holy. I had a peculiar nightmare that night, it was way scarier then any nightmare i ever had. It was about my own house, it was darker then usual, and really realistic. i could feel like if i was being watched, but no one was there.. but then i realized it was just a nightmare and tried to face the fear, bad move. I saw it. It saw me too, and then ran away and disappeared. now i searched for it and google said it was a shadow people. i saw many user's experiences with then just like mine..but anyway, it was a she, had a ponytail, was a black figure like a shadow, had no clothes, 2 shining white ball eyes and a huge smile.
I stopped and looked at me in the mirror. i was looking down and floating and then i stopped floating. I looked at me in the mirror and there was nothing else then the usual house, but it was dark, very dark.
after that dream, i could NEVER be the same again. The breathing came back and sometimes i could hear 2 voices, a female one (i suppose it was that shadow person i saw) and a male one (this one will be important in the future).
months passed and it just got worse. I started using a Technic to avoid the voices: putting my fingers on my ears and closing my eyes. I slept like that, every night.
I started seeing it randomly, like, when i was at a wall, it wold appear in front of me and run away very fast.
The worst started to happen 2 years later.
I was having multiple dreams and nightmares about it. Like, alien cities, dark places with lots of what appears to be black fog, but what scared me the most was that i also saw gore in those dreams and even rape. It was always about a man with long brown hair, a black mustache and musketeer black clothing. It was really disturbing. The number 999 always appeared in my dreams, but when he got there the number that mostly appeared was "1000", so i started calling him "one thoundsand". Just like that, bcs once i saw him taking the form of a beagle in a dream. Anyway, he never showed himself on real like, but even so its still pretty scary. (i had a disturbing sex act with him once, and it was really strange because i am a girl but in that dream i had a penis and fucked him.)
when i turned 14 i started going into psychiatry to see if i was a schizo, and i was not! Now im still waiting from answers about it.

Last year, I went to a camp out for scouts. During the cold months, we camped in cabins. We went on a hike and the rule that we broke was *when someone goes back, have 1 or 2 other scouts with them, and DONT SEND A NEWLY JOINED SCOUT* we hike up a creek to a cave, one of our scouts (who has autism) says he wants to go back, we send them with 1 cub scout. I get a call on the walkie-talkie that we need to come back to the cabin immediately. We get back, and our scout master is standing outside looking not happy. Story short. The scout who asked to go back had his knee cut open by a rock, and his knee bone was showing and only started knowing and feeling pain at the bottom of the hill the cabin was on. (He has autism) and we camped in ohio, the nearest hospital was in West Virginia. And what's scary is that not only did he nearly die. I was the one responsible for. communication. I didn't radio back that we sent them back. I felt the largest fault I have ever had and was scared to my soul.

OH I HAVE A DECENT ONE!
So I was in my room, I was 12, heard the door of my house slam open, I have a decent sized family so I thought someone left or was just coming in, it was the screen door, and my bedroom had a window so I heard it more easily then if I was in any other room (besides maybe the bathroom or living room) I then heard my mom run across the hall, turned out someone tried to break in, later overheard that someone on said same night (it was about 1am when that happened) killed there parents, the police think that it has coloration.

I took this from another YT comment but I thought it was interesting:
My mom in the 1970s in Fort Lauderdale Florida was almost taken or assaulted by the outlaws (a notorious biker gang). She was walking late at night from a waitress job heading home, when a cabbie pulled up and said get in the car and my mom was confused and said look I don’t need a ride i don’t have the extra cash and tried to keep walking but he insisted she still said no. So he finally said girl do you hear them bikes You don’t wanna be alone out here when they pass by so get the fuck in she relented and got in, not even 5 minutes later a large group of outlaws came storming by. She was about 17-19.
    Scary stuff man!

    This happened yesterday:
I was playing with my friend in school when it was raining, outside of my classroom was an opened space with no roofs, so we would let some plastic cups in the heavy rain so that we could see if they filled completely, we let it close to the classroom door and waited, after a few minutes the raining got heavier, and we went to check the cups, they were filled completely, i joked around asking people to drink it for like 5 reais (currency of my country), none of them did.
I open the door to throw the water out and suddenly, a lightning bolt strikes about 20 feet away from me (not sure about it tho, i just know it was close), the sound was really really loud and all the girls in my class screamed really loudly, my dumbass was laughing uncontrollably because of the scare, my friend was shaking and laughing with me because he was close to me.
After the lightning struck, i stayed inside for a while, and after the rain stopped i immediately went to check, there was a hole on the floor and there were cracks around it.
Only after i got home i started to think about it more, i could have died there in the spot, struck by lightning.

My dad has one. When he was a kid, he heard an extremely loud “BANG” that woke him up in the middle of the night. He shared a room with my uncle, and asked him what he thought might’ve made that sound. My uncle was confused, because he hadn’t heard anything. They went back to sleep and he heard it again. It was almost like gunfire. This time, he got out of bed to take a look, and through the windows flanking the front door, he saw a man standing on the patio in front of their door, donned in Civil War attire, clutching a rifle and staring straight at him. He went back to his room to get my uncle, and when they returned to the hall to look the soldier was gone. What’s crazy is that he later found out that his childhood home was built on a completely unmarked Civil War graveyard. In fact, years later, when we visited the museum at the Monocacy Battlefield, my dad panicked a little because he thought he saw the man standing near the brush at the edge of the field. I knew he wasn’t joking because his breathing got really strange and he was just frozen, like he was locked in eye contact with someone I couldn’t see.

Have posted this one a couple times. Dad was in charge of a medical lab in a medium to small hospital. One day the head of maintenance came in dad's office ticked off. He had been performing an inspection of an area around the medical waste incinerator and had found an arm in a black trash bag. He said to my dad that the lab staff needed to stop being so lazy and do their job. Dad stopped him and told him he didn't know what he was talking about as he could not remember the last amputation that was done in the hospital. The maintenance guy turned pale and dad told him to keep his mouth shut till he could check hospital records. Turned out there had not been an amputation for over a year. Dad and the maintenance guy decided not to say anything, because the maintenance guy immediately tossed it in the incinerator (so there was no evidence for police to investigate) and had if come to light the maintenance guy would have lost his job. Dad was not a tall tale teller and a very sober individual...he told my brother and I and told us not to tell anyone...its been many years since dad died so I think its safe to tell now.

I was in College up in Oswego, NY. It was around 3:30 in the morning, and I was walking back from the library's 24 hour study room. I was high as balls because, well, I had a bs essay to write and I needed a stress reliever (aced it btw). As I was walking back, I saw a man walking at a running speed. He had on a black hoodie, and looked unnatural. His arms were just a bit too long, as was his legs. He looked like he was in a hurry, but there wasnt anything going on nearby. I kind of froze up on confusion. As I watched him, he made a very unnatural left turn directly towards me, and continued his fast walk. He was still walking, but he was moving at a running speed. I turned immediately, and booked it straight for the alley between Mahar and Lanigan hall (use a map for reference). I quickly rounded the corner towards the west side, and booked it into the loading dock underneath Mahar Hall. I ran into a weird hallway, still hearing his quick steps behind me, and practically broke into Tyler Hall. I ran up the stairwell to the 2nd floor, and hid in a bathroom (the door locked). I heard a loud bang on the door, followed by several more. When the banging stopped, I didnt open the door until 5:00 AM. I did not go to class that day.

    This is an ongoing story.
I am currently suffering from loneliness after all my friends left me after finding out I had a platonic crush on someone in the group. Honestly, the girl didn’t mind, it was mostly my other friends. (I’m female, 11) I didn’t really think about our future, in other words, knew it was temporary. Anyways, I found one friend and she’s not that close so I feel it’ll be a temporary friendship. Along this friendless state came a strong physical connection to my stuffed animal, Sheepy. I talked to her in my head usually anyway, and now I vented to her and talked out loud to her. I believe she is a spirit/ghost. Why? Well this is where the story begins…
One day, I was in my room talking to her as usual. I asked her some questions and she answered them in my head. Then I got curious. I asked her, “Wait, can you make something interesting happen?” Keep in mind, this was about 9:00pm. In that moment, I started counting down from three. One… two… three! When I got to three, the door knocked. I told my parents I’d get it and they were more than pleased. I opened the door and found an about 20 to 25 looking woman standing there. I asked what she needed and she asked me if I was talking it someone earlier. My parents and sister being in their rooms, I didn’t hesitate to say, “Yes! Sheepy! Do you know her?” The woman looked not confused at all. “Yes… she… passed… away… twelve years ago…” the woman told me, “she said she’d come back as a toy.” I was shocked. To this day, I’m not sure if she was telling the truth. I am pretty gullible but she didn’t know me whatsoever. She couldn’t of been one of my mum’s friends bcs she came from overseas and doesn’t know anyone yet. The woman didn’t know my age or what date Sheepy was manufactured (2010). I’m not sure, any thoughts?

I could've lost my leg at 4. I was playing with my brother one day (tag) and we ran into my parents room, (at the time we lived in a small 2 bedroom apartment, family of 4) so I ran onto my dads side, (his side was tight and small) and I tripped over a small corner, the bed had little metal sides, so i tripped, it hit just above my thigh, any higher and probably could have lost my leg, been bedridden, or worse. If your wondering how I remember this.. I have a scar, plus the apartment was my first home. TLDR: I could have lost my leg playing tag with my brother. I'm perfectly fine now! I can walk, run, jump, I don't get cramps or sore there, unless.. Well its a girl thing. Also I hate hospitals now, I guess my story isn't as traumatic as others, but it is pretty scary, stay safe and don't almost get your leg cut off!
