- Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered what he called a partial military mobilization as Russia's invasion of Ukraine nears the seven-month mark and Kyiv has regained territory in a sweeping counteroffensive. I was 21 year Marine fighter pilot and was ordered to Vietnam. I had no idea what I was doing there and my country's honor was not at stake. I fought for a year for the guys that I was there with and not for the lying pols In DC. These poor Russian men have no idea what they are going to have to do and see and it has nothing to do with the honor of Russia but everything to do with a bully that misjudged named Putin. Believe me, there is no glory in war and certainly no honor for the men/women who started it.
