In order not to waste any more time with this, right-click on the component and go to the option "Equally Split all Percentage ..." and choose the option that interests you (rows or columns). The row or column percentages will be automatically adjusted.
There is been a veeery long time I struggle on making responsive forms. I knew other ways, but nothing so easy and efficient like you have shown. Thank you.

For me, it is very difficult to follow you, because you change the speed of talking in an unpredictable manner, not connected to the content. Please use a more constant talking speed. Thank you!

Italians and Spaniards tend to have an elevated talking speed, especially in emotional colloquial talking - but that is a cultural characteristic.
