- We started out trying to explore Tom Sawyer's Island, but we get Evacuated!!! The plan was to explore Tom Sawyer's Island, but a storm rolls through, until we get kicked off the island!
As we are leaving a we meet an high level Imaginear, who gave us some insider information! Official and Breaking news from changes coming to Tom Sawyer's Island. We were told Tom Sawyer's Island "will be gone." So while a lot of other people have been speculating, we got the official word!!!

Tom Sawyer's Island is an icon to Disneyland it was always there. It was one attraction ( if you can call it an attraction ) that Walt Disney wanted. Guess it will be all gone in December when I go home.
We low key love it. This is Disney World though, so not sure about Disneyland. We'll be at DL next month though!
😠NOT gonna happen! Tom Sawyer's Island is NOT going anywhere! And it WON'T be gone by December! I don't care what those asinine executives say about that island! It's NOT problematic!
Nobody is ever removing that icon of Disneyland! I'm going to make sure of that!
