I've been listening to Cariad's podcast since my best friend died a few years ago. It was, and continues to be, immensely cathartic and supportive at times when no one else around you really knows how to help.

My mum died in October 2021; I wouldn't have made it through the first three months without Griefcast.

Thank you so much for this interview! It has been so illuminating! I lost my partner in July 2018 to cancer, and the feelings have persisted through to today.

This was amazing. I need to get Cariad's book and deal with my own bereavement.

I've always enjoyed Cariad in Comedy and panels shows, she always comes across as really likeable, very positive (I suppose like most comedians when they are performing! :D), but I didn't have a clue about her podcasts. They sound really interesting, I'm very fortunate not to be a member of The Club, yet, but most of what she says is so relevant to dealing with life in general and communicating about difficult personal issues. 🙂

My wife died from Pancreatic cancer. We had 6yrs from diagnosis. She was 58. I miss her everyday. I'll never forget her and the great times we had. On a funny note I remember Cariad on Would I lie to you. I found that the most hilarious moment when she worked at a call centre then got sacked. Haha. Brilliant
