Most people often treat helpers and workers as inferiors or don’t take out the time to actually notice the significance of the skills they inherit and hold it with respect facilitating them to develop it in an encouraging environment. You are breaking so many barriers through one beautiful yet simple video which isn’t only encompassing the application part of it but a lot more - giving someone hope to learn and achieve.
