Bogo sort is simultaneously the best and worst sorting algorithm. It is the best because it can sort in O(n) operating time, but it likely will not and could possibly not finish sorting before the heat death of the universe.

Plenty of sorting algorithms have best case O(n). And it's not the worst, you can trivially do worse with unnecessary computation. 'Find each number in the binary digits of pi, dropping instances where they aren't in order.' Or just 'bogosort N times and then return' lol
