A very interesting graveyard. I had no idea they buried the enemy alongside their own soldiers. It’s kinda nice that those families have a marker for their loved ones too😊
What a wonderful way to remember them. Thank you for taking us with you. People often forget those from Germany and Europe who also died. I have always liked how war graves are kept and I agree the heather works so well.
That's remarkable....
People should view these to grasp history in hopes it won't repeat.
Appreciate your efforts on such a wet dreary day. ☕
Thanks, it’s certainly a place that makes you think.

You see that a lot in France and Belgium. Even then the medics near the front line treated everyone regardless of nationality.
@@PlacesForThePast I love that!❤️

What a humbling place. All died for nothing & lay beside each other.
Thank you muchly for sharing. ❤
It’s the poor buggers who died while they were waiting to go home after the war was over that get me.
@@PlacesForThePast absolutely, we had 3 war hospitals over here & many died after the war & was so close to home. It's always sad seeing later dates.
Thank you for posting this video of the brave fallen men,
Glad you enjoyed it
