If Charlie Woods is so great, then how come he didn't even try to qualify for the USGA Junior Amateur? I know of a young man who is 14 years old, and he did qualify for the Junior Am. Charlie Woods has to start showing up, playing, and posting a score. Then people can determine how good he is.

I have not found any records of Charlie Woods playing in top-level junior tournaments. He never played in the USKids World tournament in Pinehurst when he was that age. He didn't even try to qualify for the USGA Junior Amateur this year. I have not seen any record of him playing in AJGA events. I know many kids who have played in these events and I have been at many junior tournaments. Most people have no idea how many good junior players there are, and how good they are. Charlie Woods has to prove himself by showing up, putting a tee down, and posting a score.

That fateful night in 2009 was part of Tiger's downfall from majors dominance although he won his share of tournaments in the 2010's. The injuries and the elevated competition in the 2010's also were a factor or Tiger would be sitting on 25 majors right now. In the last 14 years Tiger has 1 major and I can tell you the stars of the tour prior to the car accident didn't fear Tiger anymore. Because of those circumstances Jack remains the GOAT with 18 majors, 19 2nd place finishes, 55 top 5 finishes and 77 top 10 finishes in majors competition.
