“ภัทร” (รับบทโดย โอม-ภวัต) หนุ่มทะเล้น กากเกรียน และ “ปราณ” (รับบทโดย นนน-กรภัทร์) หนุ่มเนี้ยบ มาดคุณชาย ผู้ที่ถูกฟ้าลิขิตให้เป็นศัตรูกันตั้งแต่ยังไม่เห็นหน้า เพราะพ่อแม่เปิดร้านอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอยู่ข้างกัน แข่งกันตัดราคา แย่งลูกน้อง เกลียดกันชนิดไม่เผาผี ทำให้ทั้งคู่ถูกวางตัวเป็นคู่แข่งกันตั้งแต่เกิด ไม่ว่าใครคลานได้ก่อน เดินได้ก่อน เรียกพ่อแม่ได้ก่อน ทุกอย่างล้วนถูกเอามาเปรียบเทียบเกทับกัน
แต่วันหนึ่งตอนที่ทั้งคู่อายุ 12 ปี กำแพงความเกลียดชังของทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มมีรอยร้าว เมื่อ “ภา” (รับบทโดย เลิฟ-ภัทรานิษฐ์) น้องสาวของภัทรขี่จักรยานพลัดตกน้ำในคลองหมู่บ้าน ระหว่างที่ภัทรยังทำอะไรไม่ถูก เป็นปราณที่กระโจนลงน้ำไปช่วยภาขึ้นมา เหตุการณ์นั้นก็ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ของคนทั้งคู่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ภายนอกจะดูเป็นคู่แข่งกันเหมือนเดิม แต่ลึกๆ ข้างในก็ไม่เกลียดชังกันเท่าเดิม จน ม.3 อาจารย์ให้ทั้งคู่ฟอร์มวงดนตรีด้วยกัน ทำให้ทั้งคู่ต้องใกล้ชิดกัน และเป็นปราณที่เริ่มรู้สึกหวั่นไหวกับภัทร
4 ปีต่อมา โชคชะตาก็เล่นตลกเมื่อส่งให้ “ภัทร” เข้าเรียนปี 1 เป็นประธานรุ่นฝั่งวิศวะ ขณะที่ “ปราณ” เป็นประธานรุ่นคณะสถาปัตย์ โดยที่ทั้ง 2 คณะเป็นคู่แค้นกันมานาน ทำให้ภัทรและปราณต้องกลับมาตีกันอีกครั้ง เมื่อ “ภา” รู้เรื่อง ก็วีนแตก ยื่นคำขาดห้ามภัทรทำร้ายปราณเด็ดขาด เพราะบุญคุณที่เคยช่วยไว้ ทำให้ภัทรไปขอทำข้อตกลงกับปราณว่าจะแอบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อหาทางหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้ทั้ง 2 คณะทะเลาะกัน ปราณเองก็ไม่ชอบมีเรื่องเลยยอมตกลง ทำให้ทั้งคู่เริ่ม “ความสัมพันธ์แบบลับๆ” ที่จะเป็นเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช่ ศัตรูก็ไม่เชิง แต่บันเทิงใจคนดู
สุดท้ายแล้วมิตรภาพบนความขัดแย้งของภัทรและปราณจะไปสิ้นสุดที่ตรงไหน? ความลับจะแตกลงเมื่อไหร่? พ่อแม่จะยอมรับหรือไม่? หรือสุดท้ายจะมีวันที่ความขัดแย้งคลี่คลายหรือไม่? ห้ามพลาด
