    Please check the canning books....pressure cooking is the only recommended method for canning meat...there is a risk of botulism otherwise.

    Please do not do this 😢 such a high risk for botulism, which you can’t see, taste, or smell. But if can kill you and your loved one’s.
    Only pressure can for meats. Just because something seals, doesn’t mean it’s safe.
    Said with concern, not harsh criticism
