I love London despite the Tube (especially the noise, heat during summer and crowds during rush hour), the commute the expense of eating out (over £7 pints now at a pub) and the sky high rents. There are plenty of things to do. So many events happening throughout the city to cater to anyone's taste. The city is very diverse. What ever food you want you can find it in London. We have friends who moved to Paris and they cannot find as many international restaurants compared to London. They still come back to London via the Eurostar to visit to see friends and try-out the cuisine they can't find in Paris. This is just my own opinion though. Thank you for sharing this video and I look forward to your next videos (I personally love your street interview videos).
Totally agree with everything you said! The city definitely has its drawbacks but also so many things to love. The food is 100% incredible! Thanks so much for watching, glad to hear you’ve been enjoying our street interviews ☺️
@@NALBATRAVELS Cheers! 😄If I could recommend a video: it would be amazing to see a video about the cost of living crisis and how people are coping (like what have people noticed that have gone up). I'm curious to see what people are doing. It looks like these street interview videos are quite popular (based on date posted/amount of views in that time). Anyways, completely up to you but just a suggestion.
This was so helpful. Thank you. I graduate with my masters of social work in the US next June and I will be planning my move to London. SO many moving pieces. It’s discouraging but this video has put me back into gear for sure
I'm 73 & moving to London to look for opportunities to start a new career as a clown.Do you think their are openings in the financial sector for a company 'jester' To entertain the clients & just generally lighten the mood.I have plenty of ideas & vim.I can bring my own meds with me & egg sandwiches to last a fortnight.See you then!
the only caveat is that since you have a startup about moving to london you will not be against moving to london. loool but sure the good and bad were fairly pointed out.
You forgot to mention one thing in the Bad part : Filthiness, how filthy and Dirty London is, actually i think it is the dirtiest city of the western world! The tube has not been cleaned for years! The seats have dirt of ages! The houses when you’re seeking rent are the same! For someone with no hygiene yes this city will be perfect! For everyone else, forget about the whole UK! So overrated for what you pay for! And the jobs you’re talking are so low pay compared to the rest of europe like Germany, Switzerland and france! The medium salaries cab barely cover the medium rents! And don’t ley me get started about the taxes at all… The roads are catastrophics and old! It’s a huge Caos! Anyway! I see that you moved out if there, but i wanted to point out those things for the people who will get a positive idea about London from this video! All that been said, If you make more than 5000£/month and you don’t mind low hygiene city, and living in smaller spaces, go for it! But don’t expect to have any money left at the end of the tax year ;)

It's all for fools in London. But not for smart people 😅
