Hi, Avinash! Of course, you can get admission. Good scope for computer science courses. The city shouldn't be your main concern. You should try to find the best course in your field which is most relevant and then the university accordingly. As long as it's public university, you are in good space. And yes, job needs to be related to your masters study to get residence permit extension.

To get a job directly from India can be quite tough specially with work experience and if you are staying in germany then of course you must be studying here before then it's quite easier comparatively. I think you should apply for Accenture and Concentrix, they do have german process. So, you can try for Spanish as well. But I am not sure.
