Same way let's say Venus in Taurus is romantic, that doesn't mean your spouse is romantic, that means that you are romantic. If it is information about you Then how is it useful? Here's how. It's useful in chart matching. Let's say your venus is in Taurus that means you will find the people with Venus in Scorpio attractive since Scorpio is directly opposite.
