You can use the screw and gear mechanism insted of actuator it will be cheaper and also doesn't need to use electric energy
Beauty of this van is customisation for maintenance in india. My anxiety is about parking at various locations. How do you manage to get parking before going to certain spot.
First query : why the shades ☺️
Suggestion : If they get rid of the extra seats they can also accommodate a washing m/c which is a must if you are travelling long distances.
2nd Suggestion : They should be more regular on their TH-cam channel.

Guys it type ki innovation aaise jagah ke liye hai jaha traveling takes Long time not for india cos in india almost every were you will get food,place to sleep, place to chill n all in very cheap cost.. this motor home is used in area where you dnt get anything in between 200km range.. and it's very good innovation for exporting to Canada,USA n all...

Very beautifully explained. Very practical van. By the way. how do you choose a place in an unknown place with family to park? Isn't it a security issue, when you are with ladies, parents an children? How do you manage this?

I suggest don't use pvc panel
When pvc panel coming contact with heat then smell not good for health you can read on online not to use pvc panel in direct sunlight

2. While on the run do the gadgets draw power from the engine?
3. Can all the gadgets be used all at a time?
4. What is the total power consumption of all the gadgets?
5. Are the door or the windows secure enough?
6. How are the waste water and soil disbursed ultimately after a trip?
7. What is the amount of road tax to be paid to the RTO for this kind of customized vehicle?

It's easy in the rural area, we dig a hole n dispose the grey water,if the grey water is too much, than we find a sewerage.similarly in an urban environment we find the sewerage n dispose the grey water.

Dhruv Bhai, i have been following the vanlife couple, your red matador van, carvan bharat and ypur whole overlanding community since long. I am an Architect by profession and almost finslised a vehicle to do the modification. I am having a tough time finding the toilet and ac Mac 10 or dometic. As you said there are many indian importers who does this. Can you help regarding this. I dont eant to wait from Ubuy or time taken by them. Would love to connect with you. Many thanks in advance.
