Terrific review, I especially like how you noted the formulas in the highlighting compact felt drier. It's a lovely idea and it'd be great if TF would do the soft focus (center) powder in a separate compact with an enlarged shade range to use as an all-over brightening powder for us.

Soooo nice to see someone NOT having blending marathon. You apply the eyeshadows in the same order and in the same way as me, that makes it so much easier to see how eyeshadows will preform for me. (Compare to many others that starts with blending and building up many different layers and colours in the crease. The eyelooks are beautiful on them, but My eyes can't take so much blending I have seen latly on YT, the skin is sore afterwards and the colours turn into almost mono on my very hooded eyes.) So thank you Tara for showing some applications, love it!

Something I always do right before applying my highlighter is a quick all over spritz of setting spray. I do this after im done all my other face and eye makeup. I apply my blush then do a quick layer of setting spray and wait just about a minute then go in with my highlighter.... and it makes a *HUGE* difference in the intensity. I would definitely say that if you give this a try before using this highlighter palette you won't have the problem of having to keep building up layers of it and you will also find that it will give you much more intensity than when you just go right in with it over dry powder. NOTE: I said that i finish all my makeup except for the highlighter before I go in with a setting spray, but I just thought i should mention that i also wait until after I've sprayed my face to apply mascara. Im sure anyone who wears makeup knows this already lol.

I won’t buy toofaced because of the ceos behaviour but lots of influencers seem to like this eyeshadow palette.I am bogged down in neutrals right now.l..actually I have too much makeup.We can’t get the wet n wild dewy foundation in Canada yet so my friend went to Detroit and is returning today so I’m excited to try the foundation tonight!!
Tara, is this eyeshadow palette fragranced in any way or fragrance free? So much of TF's products are scented so I've never been able to try. This palette looks like a nice nude palette for everyday if it's unscented I could try it.
Seems ppl either really love or really don’t when it comes to the TF brand. I will say that their Natural Mattes palette is one of my favorite neutral palettes (I actually like the recreated one even more than the original) & imo TF really knows how to create a delicious matte shadow! I looked at this & if you don’t have a neutral palette, this would be a great staple. Shame the highlight palette is so underwhelming. But it really is very beautiful on your skin!
I really like your eyes with a softer look without all of the heavy liner and eyelashes. You have nice eyes. Please do some softer looks without the liner.

The highlight palette I just might have to skip on. I love a bomb in your face highlight lol but if it’s a dry formula that may be a problem it may pick up the little bit of texture I have. Also the shadow palette is pretty. That just might be something I will have to pick up. Lol love the videos where you demo the products and not just show us, swatch them and talk about them. The bronzer you used is 😍 I need that lol and last but not least your kitties are adorable. 🤍 🐈 🐈
It didn't grab my attention when it was announced.. It looks like a nice palette but I just wasn't pulled in lol & the face palette no! I only like tf blushes in the heart packaging (plastic) that I don't think they even make them anymore.. 😔 og I was wondering is this damn palette scented?? 😆 I wonder why too faced always makes palettes that has scents! I'm tired of that to be honest! & if this palette is scented then it's definitely a no for me.. But it looks nice! Love how you do your eye looks! I want to attempt it but I know I'll fail lol
The highlighter pans are deceiving as they don't look to be less that a third of the powder. For someone as fair as you are you had to do a kit of building. Maybe try wetting your brush? I know Brenda couture does that and gets a lot of shine. I like the idea of the eye shadows and the coordinating mattes and shimmer. I think I have all the neutrals I need. Noticed several brands are doing a shimmery deep brown and I love that.

Mine get chatty at night when I close my bedroom door. I only let them sleep with me when I don't have to work the next day because of they make too much noise. They always manage to find crunchy plastic to chew no matter how hard I try to keep it away from them. They will even get it out of the trash if they can. Little stinkers but life would be so boring without them.

Plus I have the Bare necessities palette from Colourpop, similar but even better colors (imo)plus more colors, more product & less expensive. 😏♥

When I have a stiff highlighter or eyeshadow I add a small micro drop
Of face oil to it and it works wonders on a brush or finger
