The parliament should actually move with speed,to reconstitute iebc, since some constituencies are misrepresented eg Banisa, Ugunja etc, constituency boundary review, also needs to be enacted,2 or 3 years b4 the General Elections, and therefore strongly conquered with supreme court judge,Isaac Lenaolas' sentiments, Otiende Ang'awa from Kisumu.
