How to fix "cannot connect to server" error in SQL - 2 easy methods explained

This video explains two authentic ways I have used and it can help you fix "cannot connect to server error" in SQL
This error occurs because the server is stopped and not running. The two methods explains how you can start your server with ease
The first method is done within Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

Cannot connect to KEOO\TVYCUTE
