@@eloquenzaaa great question, it is purely due to the fact swimming hits soo many muscles that is causes you to be extremely hungry after, on a low calorie diet it is not ideal!
@@APEX_Coachingbut, for people with self control after swimmimg, surely it's good?? Like, if I swim 2km in 1 hour ( I'm not a fast swimmer ) I'll burn over 900 calories. Low impact compared to running, so it's definatly good
@@na-dk9vm yeah 1000% agree with you, it’s just purely me trying to make it easier for my guys not to go send a maccies! But of course it can still work, best way is to try!
