      but could you explain why swimming isn‘t a good form of cardio?

      @@eloquenzaaa great question, it is purely due to the fact swimming hits soo many muscles that is causes you to be extremely hungry after, on a low calorie diet it is not ideal!

      ​@@APEX_Coachingbut, for people with self control after swimmimg, surely it's good?? Like, if I swim 2km in 1 hour ( I'm not a fast swimmer ) I'll burn over 900 calories. Low impact compared to running, so it's definatly good

    What do you do for someone with type 1 diabetes
