Bro, even Coimbatore has similar traffic jam. I drove from Trichy to Ooty and had same issue. Traffic jam started from Singanallur till Mettupalayam. So this is usual across all major cities..
Bro don't take the Coimbatore city route, u should use Trichy to Tiruppur and Avinashi, annur, Mettupalayam and Ooty route this route will reduce a lot of time around 2 hours...

There was a Marthandam - Mumbai service by SRS Travels. Also SRS was operating Bangalore- Jothpur services. Don’t know if these buses are operating now. All are Pre COVID. Also Orange Travels ran Hyderabad - Delhi service for a brief time
