  • Sandusky was once one of the major industrial hubs in Northeast Ohio, but when those jobs began leaving, he city was forced to reinvent itself.
In the decades since, Sandusky has become one of the largest tourist sports in the state, with several areas being redeveloped with small businesses and marina dockage. Despite the pandemic delaying leaders' plans, officials are optimistic Sandusky's comeback is still going strong.
Mark Naymik shows us the heart of the city, which is much more than just Cedar Point.

We were Told Our Garage was Unsightly etc..We Are Well Awhare of it..However, we are 70/71 years old, been at that address for 45 years, retired, Still Paying on a mortage etc..We Simply have No Extra Money to repare it. Im Always Reading how this town Has Alot of Extra Money etc..Why Cant You Use Alittle Of That Money To Help Us, I Hear where You (this Town) has Helped Other Elderly people..Why Not Us?...Is There A Reason?...My Husband Worked All His Life, He drove to Toledo for Over 25 years, Paying Toledo, Plus Sandusky Tax All Those Years.. Why Cant WE Get Some Help??
