Hello po. I want to ask lang po kung yong pagte-take ba ng law is may pagpipilian ka? Like Criminal Law, Civil law, etc. Highschool pa lang po ako and thinking na mag-pursue ng law in the future
Hii! The ones you mentioned are considered as subjects in law school. Aside from Criminal & Civil law, meron ding Constitutional Law, Labor etc. Upon entering law school, hindi ka pipili dyan kasi pag aaralan lahat. As far as I know, kapag nakapasa kana ng BAR, mamimili kana kung anong 'specialization' mo as a lawyer. Kumbaga sa doktor na may kanya kanyang specialization rin like may obgyne, internal med, dermatologist ganun hehe. I hope I made sense. ☺️
Go for it! ♥️ unfortunately here in the Philippines, there’s no specialization while in law school. You need to take up all the subjects then you may choose to specialize in a specific area once you pass the bar.
