I wouldnt fuse a lvl 40 solgaleo because the fused pokemons level reflects the necrozmas level. So all the candy and stardust u invested into solgaleo would be for nothing
Ok so best steel type Blade Zacian should be better than Dusk Mane (unless they make that some weird Dynamax only thing) and Dusk Wings will be out done by a Hex, Astral Barrage Ghost Calyrex. So pick your poison it wont matter but i think Steel boy takes the edge as Ghost isnt great against Ghost types at all

Why is Psycho Cut better as a fast move for Dusk Mane Necrozma than Metal Claw which would make it full steel type attacker?
Probably charges faster letting you get off the charged move more often
