Did anyone notice that Advanced Journey did not start this week? That was the best package deal imho. 1000 runestone chests, 60-70 super resources chests, DS, research stones, a (crappy) general chest and other rare items only for 5 dollars. I guess this will teach those striking coiners a lesson.
Interesting tidbit about Wallenstein is that in the Battlefield Shop, the percentage to receive all the generals is at 0.76% while Wallenstein is at a whooping 6.87%. Might be something to think about for old server players who have more BOC badges than they know what to do with.
I’d imagine the pumpkin event to be the one around halloween. Just a guess. There’s another event that’ll be closer to halloween and that’s usually pumpkins
I purchased those journey to glory packs and used double downs during last event and I am soooo dissapointed. I received 3 Jacksons and one Constantine. No more purchases for me I am done
Not gonna coin. It’s an endless cycle so I’ll stop for a while just to see how it goes. Getting kind of bored with the game since I found out during my first prelims was just a speedup dump event with zero reward.

Genghis, in light of the coin strike would love to hear your thoughts on developer plants in servers to encourage spend. We have a very suspicious player in our server we are all beginning to think is a developer. 3 months after our server opened this guy had the top 4 gens, 2 awakened and 2 with 4 stars. All specialties maxed and nearly all civ gear with refines near 30. So clearly the biggest "coiner" in our server. The problem is he doesn't show up anywhere in the rank rankings. Not including this guy, we have 2 confirmed VIP 18s in our server, and only 2 people show up in the honorary rankings where VIP18s + would show. This guys castle also randomly disappears off the map for days.
Oleg maybe the one available in tavern, though he is a good option to keep if you are going be training cavs, pvp wise, the other stable duty gen is better, but Oleg is better for training up cavs. I have a feeling after arch camp get's its second duty gen, they will put another hospital duty gen or another rally point one, though I would prefer new type of duty gen as there are duty gen slots that don't have a set general. I think they should have one of the founders for the knight's of templar be for warehouse and the other be for market as they were basically the first bankers and escorts for merchants and crusaders. I know they refuse to make a general for forge as that would cut into their master craftsman package that has been popping up twice a day for me, which I will never do as I'm a f2p player.
They also removed my 21 Dwarf Wishing coins from my items inventory when this new event started! The last event was only 3 days ago when I collected them. They are ripping us off in every way possible. Their 'compensation' for their screw up was 2 double down coupons...would rather 500 gems or something like last compensation for their screw up. Also all the big monsters, like Cerberus and Knights, are dropping a LOT fewer rewards. I've killed 49 monsters since reset and only got 5 wishing coins and 6 egg hammers. Also, our relics resource etc is much lower than 2 weeks ago. Much less rss and reward items. The only packs I have been buying for the last month are the blessing of flame, ymir event, pack for the 30 stamina. Now I'm not doing that even.
Proud to see you still putting out content, despite all the negativity surrounding this once great game .... I think maybe miser finally had enough, because he doesn't seem to be putting out much on evony anymore

But I see and hear a lot about players pairing Wall gens like Marshall and Leonidas together. While their main skills are compatible and appear to be active, since they don't gray out; is the assistant main skill actually active despite whoever it is? If you read their skills it will say "blah blah blah, when is the main Defense general". And however you pair the 2, you will also notice that Marshal nor Leonidas has their main skill book glowing to show that it truly is active since they are in the assistant spot and not the main!!! So is the Buffs good, or no?
@@bpp5507 yes, their special skills apply. Marshall provides a 20% in-city ranged troop attack buff and Leonidas provides 25% in-city ranged attack buff. In your monarch menu go into the "detail" section at the lower left hand corner. Stay in the military tab then scroll down to "troop attack and defense" where the in-city ranged troop statistics are. Note the in-city range buff percent without either general on the wall; put them both on individually, and you'll see the percent go up accordingly. Put them on duty together, and you'll see in city ranged attack goes up by 45%, and there's the evidence that their special skills function together.
The game is playing like cr*p!!! I found a B12 and posted it to alliance chat only to find out it was a ghost in other words the tile was empty but had the image of a B12. While playing the game keeps going to chat, world map and places that I have not tapped
Mire squid also had the Blazon chests. They were just a turtle/golem template, so going off that logic, if they did it this time, it would've been a warlord/witch template, and those are way better, so I see why they wouldn't. Using that logic, next event, if it's pumpkins, would give blazons. But it's Evony, and we still only get Nian's and Huns once a year, so go figure. I wouldn't be surprised at all if f2p players have no way to get blazons going forward, at least until the next gimmick Evony creates to sell us buffs. The fact that the blazon money pack was added as soon as the event ended is proof enough of that. I will say that this event is a decent time to start up new farms. The revelry event is good for that, combined with all the other stuff. If you're in a top alliance, maybe not, but every time I make a farm I get bottlenecked on speedups and the revelry gives just enough to help.
The new general might be a decent assistant general on the wall or assistant PvP (not a first choice). His skills aren’t while attacking so he’s kind of a Queen Boudicca on roids. Either way, pointless general addition.
I'll stick with Marshall and Leonidas for assistant on my wall...this new one offers nothing new or interesting. So many generals already that adding more mediocre ones is just off putting.
Can you do a video how to sell an account and how money is transferred? I never understood how it is possible. How to link it and protect it from the seller. Wouldn't they just relink it to their email? I've heard of scams. Can you explain about the scams that happened and why it is important to protect yourself.
I also think they screwed up on the RSS tiles, ours is like #9 RSS farm tile is like 1,720,000 and #10 is lower in the amount like, 1,300,000 unless it was always like that but 🤷♂️
It’s been that way. Outside of rss/speed up consuming events, none of the tiles are doubled. And the small tiles you get during the gold/research/trap speed up event sometimes carry over and overlap with the boosted tiles when the server just reset.
Just quit the game people. Coin strike isn’t going to stop a lot of people from spending. And they will just make more and more events to promote more spending. You guys are banging your heads against the wall in hopes things will change.
Genghis, i think sometimes lately you review too much from the perspective of what you are - a player who has been around a long time, with a very developed account. For me, the game has gone downhill in several ways since I joined in February 2022. However, some of these packs have been good from a new player perspective. For example, you trashed most of the generals in the trial of knights event. Well, many people that was the first chance to get barbarian king, Constantine, Cnut, Darius, Amr, etc. I had Margaret and Elizabeth, David Farragut on my cities. I had just gotten my first Andrew Jackson the week before after spending at least a million gems in the Tavern up to that point. Maybe you don't need RSS anymore, but most of us that aren't K40 and have 10 family member accounts running 24/7 DO need RSS and materials for our dragons that are not 10+ level. A lot of players DO need sub cities still... I'm not saying I am happy with all their packs or their tactics. The removal of Tyche's wheel really sucks. I wish I had coined more during the one where they had the Plantagenet set. I have 25 fragments of the legs and chest and that would have given me a four set. I am not coining this event.
I understand what you mean, and I do remember starting out...I compare the fact that evony charges money for players that are available for free..AJ can be found in the tavern..NBK was offered for free in 3 different events so far..and now hes in a paid money chest...Im not saying the packs arent helpful..just that its recycled stuff that at one time was free
Nordic Barbarian King was not free at some other events. You have to work very hard to get him with Kings path amd gather troops quests which are very hard to complete. And for the last event, you need 240 badges to redeem him, which is not free. Evony sell $99 packs which only give 150 badges!

The coins are meant to disappear after the event. You can save only witch's gift.

I think the new general is designed to be perfect assistant to Martinus. He is lacking HP while having high attack and now new one best match for him.

Wallenstein is great. The march increase when ascended is another bonus besides the rally cap.
And who is going to have the fragments to ascend these super puper premium generals? They should be used only as assistants IMHO.
