This game was basically made for Mio lol.
Compared to Catlateral Damage, Stray is a cat simulator on steroids. The visuals in this game are absolutely beautiful, and the fact that the story is as gripping as it has been is the cherry on top. Getting to watch Mio channel her inner cat mom was so freaking adorable lol. My heart could hardly handle all those cat noises she was making. I'm really looking forward to the next stream she does!

But Stray is a masterpiece... I couldn't help but 100% it! Great game, and though I kinda expected it, I'm super glad that Mio picked this game up early!

Woah this game seems really interesting
Im only a little in and can confirm its fun as hell. Early on theres a button prompt... doesnt tell you what its gonna do.... you push something off a ledge like a classic asshole cat and it gave me one of the deepest bellyblaughs ive had in a while

The game has amazing visuals, and the movements of the cat are so realistic you feel like you are watching a movie with actual cats rather than a game.
People giving bad reviews to Stray complain that the game is short (it takes like 3 or 4 hours to finish), which is basically believing that a game that forces you to grind for a whole day and then have a thousand side quests besides the main one is actual content instead of just padding to make a game "feel" longer than it actually is. Sometimes a game is as long as it needs to be, and that is just right.
Stray is a freaking masterpiece. A video game as pure art form.

I've seen some complaint of how its kinda weird of these robots to speak to these cats as if the cats would care. Or how in the end, the cat didnt even meet their litter. For me, the story are a bit weird when you remember you are a cat. This game are really carried by its visual. The cats, enviroment, the robots. And its music are amazing too. This feels more like just an experience than a game.
What? The game being short is not a valid excuse since it only costs half the price like 20-30 bucks compared to the standard game price of 60-70 bucks.
Lol... You can finish the Pokemon games in a similar timeframe and look at how successful it still is (even if the gameplay is a copy and paste from previous gens)...
People who do reviews really should learn to know that there is more than gameplay length to warrant if a game is good or not...
